Description
The X-axis and Z-axis are driven by servo motors and are directly connected to the ball screws through elastic couplings. The ball screws are installed with both ends fixed.
The guide rails of both axes are rolling guide rails, which are four-way equal load type, with high precision and large load. The balls are separated by cages to reduce friction resistance, temperature rise and thermal deformation during rapid movement, thereby greatly improving processing accuracy, rapid movement speed and production efficiency. Its outstanding advantages are small size, high precision and low maintenance cost. It is the preferred configuration for users who pursue high precision and high cost performance, and is particularly suitable for occasions such as automobiles and bearings that require high consistency of part size.
